High-Performance Filters

Our Air Handling Units at Fresh Air Hvac feature advanced filters designed for efficiency and ease of maintenance. These filters boast a frame structure that can be quickly attached or removed, ensuring straightforward maintenance access.

Key Aspects of Our Filters:

Frames: Constructed from galvanized sheet, with options in stainless steel or ESF painted over galvanized sheet for hygienic devices.
Easy Installation: Frames are equipped with spring clips to securely compress the filters.
Sealed for Efficiency: The filter surfaces are sealed to ensure impermeability, with filter seals fitting perfectly onto these cassettes.
Differential Pressure Monitoring: Holes on filter cells allow for hose connections to manometers, displaying the filter group differential pressure. An optional 0-500 Pa manometer is available on the filter cell.
Chassis Feet: The units are supported by 150 mm high, full-length chassis feet made from 3 mm galvanized sheet, complete with slots for easy crane or forklift handling.

Heating and Cooling Coils

Our heating and cooling coils are crafted for optimal heat transfer and efficiency. They are made from seamless copper pipes and aluminum lamellas, housed in a frame of galvanized sheet material, or stainless steel for hygienic devices.

Coil Features:

● Aluminum Lamella: Minimum spacing of 2.1 mm, ensuring efficient heat exchange.

● Fluid Side Design: The pressure loss on the fluid side is maintained at a maximum of 25 kPa.

● Additional Features: Coils come equipped with discharge and air evacuation mechanisms. Optional accessories include frost thermostat, flanges, and counter flanges.

Plate Type Heat Recovery Unit

Our Plate Type Heat Recovery Units use a cross flow plate system, typically made from formed aluminum sheet. These units are exceptionally efficient, allowing for separate passages of exhaust and fresh air without mixing.

Efficiency and Design:

● Material Quality: Formed aluminum sheet construction ensures durability and efficient heat transfer.

● Energy Efficiency: These units offer an efficiency of 40-60% (depending on outside and ambient air conditions), significantly reducing energy usage.
